although we will get to waxing on and off about $12 pickles and the various benefits/dangers of various foods/food products, one might want to know that there will be boring posts like this one from time to time. in fact, possibly every day. the goal is to eat and enjoy food, not too much, mostly plants. let’s see how we do.

breakfast:
- pumpkin granola/maple granola/low fat almond milk (TJ’s)
- 2 cups super anti-oxident green yogi tea
lunch:
- baked mackerel/artichoke/watercress salad from Tarallucci e vino
- coffee/milk/sugar
snack:
- 2 tea cookies: green tea and lemongrass ginger from amai
dinner:
- garlic olive martini
- 2 glasses organic singing syrah from uva
- hummus w/pita (oasis)
- spaghetti w/tomatoes/mozz/basil
- baby mesclun salad w/yellow peppers/cucumbers/tomatoes
- 1 pbr tall boy
