What I Ate This Weekend: March 28, 29, 30
These were probably the three least healthy days of eating I’ve had in a long time. I feel like a balloon.
Friday:
Breakfast
- Kashi Heart to Heart with Soy Milk
Lunch
- 1 slice Cheese and Spinach Pizza
Dinner
- Salmon with Fresh Garlic
- Sauted Kale with Mushrooms
- 1 Brooklyn Lager
Surprise Midnight Snack @ Bar Boulud!!!
- 3 glasses white wine
- Charcuterie Platter – Lapin de la Garrigue, Fromage de Tête “gilles verot”, Nougat de Poularde “à l’indienne”, Compote de Joue de Boeuf
- JAMON IBERICO!! (I will talk about this delicious perfect meat in another post later.)
Saturday:
Breakfast
- ……………………
Lunch
- 1 small chicken chipotle taco
Dinner
- Duck Pate
- Duck Confit with side Fries and Salad
- 1 glass red wine
Midnight Snack
- Lime Seltzer w/ Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup goldfish crackers
- Handful of jelly beans
Sunday:
Breakfast
- ………………….
Lunch
- Shared 2 mixed green salads: one with Chicken, Goat Cheese, and Meyer Lemons, the other with Smoked Salmon and Oranges
Snack
- 3 Dried Mango Slices
- Handful of Flax Seed Chips
- 3 Pretzel Sticks
Dinner
- Undetermined … Maybe I will eat it, maybe I will not.
