Salad bar: Tuna salad, romaine, feta cheese, sundried tomatos, black olives, ham, cheddar cheese, hard boiled egg, chick peas, green beans, kidney beans, beets, red peppers

Snack:
1 Gala Apple
Dinner @ Chipotle
1 burrito bowl w/ rice, black beans, peppers, onions, chicken, spicy salsa, mild salsa, medium salsa, cheese, and romaine lettuce.
4/30/08 feastings
i think i consumed at least 5 pounds of sugar today. right now i feel like i can never eat anything sweet again. hopefully that feeling will last for more than 2 hours.
breakfast:
- 1/2 c. TJ’s fiber cereal
- 1/2 c. go lean cereal
- 1 c. organic soy milk
- 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
- 1 c. organic coffee
snack:
- 1/2 fred’s incredibles molasses cookie (5′ diameter)
lunch @ dad/maple’s, another 3 person meal:
- 2.5 c salad w: lettuce, lots of avocado, mangos, seaweed salad, sesame & oil dressing
- 2.5 c. sauteed broccoli
- 3/4 c. brown rice
- 3 piece salmon sashimi
- 1 traple roll: salmon, fluke, avocado, mushroom, asparagus
- lots of washabi & ginger
Cathedral High School’s award dinner at 320 Park Ave (woohoo! i was honored):
- 1.5 c. strawberries
- 1/2 c. grapes
- 1.5 oz cheese
- 1/3 c. vodka sauce penne
- few bites of (not very tasty) crabcakes
- 1 beef skewer thing
- 1 potatoe puff
- 1 rasberry goatcheese in fila dough thing
- 1 c. veggies: brocolic, red peppers, zuchini, cucumber
dessert & drink @ award dinner:
- 1 glass merlot
- 2 chocolate w white chocolate chip cookie (4′ diameter each)
- 1 oatmeal raisin cookie (4′ diameter)
- 1 pecan coconut cookie (4′)
after dinner snacks:
- finished 1/2 fred’s incredibles molasses cookie on the way home
- 2 handfuls of pastachios
- 2 c. green tea w rice & popcorn
so, roommate brought home half a leftover cake from “little pie co” from a coworker’s birthday, told me to eat as much as i want (i think cuz him & his gf are both on a diet. ugh. good for me though). result:
- 1 slice (2′ arc length) chocolate cake w chocolate frosting.
- 3 slices (2′ arc length each) white cake w chocolate frosting. sickening.
in short, i ate more than 1/4 of a large, dense cake (since only 1/5 of the cake was left) after eating 5 large cookies today. what did I teach my students in class today? portion control. I’m serious.
absolutely no stars.

- 1/2 multigrain roll

- 1 oatmeal raisin cookie
- 1 chocolate chocolate chip cookie
- 1 petit four
taste: @ palestinian pride fair
- 1 bite of spinach somethingorother
drinks: @ the stoned crow
- 2 six point “sweet action”
drinks: @ minton’s play house
- 1 gin and tonic
- 1/2 rum and coke
snack:
- 4 penne noodles w/ tomato sauce
- 2 little pieces of sausage

- a few shreds of parmesan

- sliver of chocolate cake
- 1 mandarin orange
dinner:
- 1 slice cheese pizza
drinks:
- 2 Stone IPA’s
- 4.5 Chris’s fries
What I Ate – April 29th, 2008
Breakfast – none
Hot Beverage – It was very chilly in my office.
- Lipton tea with sugar, no cream
Lunch
- Mixed greens salad with cranberries, walnuts, carrots, balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup tuna salad
Dinner
- 2 cup bowl of TJ’s instant miso soup
- 1 “slice” TJ’s tandoori naan
- ¼ cup TJ’s 2% Greek yogurt
After Dinner Snack
- ¾ cup Original Chex Mix
