  • NONE. I pulled a grammar.

lunch from caf (stuck @ desk):

  • chicken pot pie – 5″ diam. insides and outer crust only
  • mint and darjeeling tea

snack from conference room:

  • 7 chunks of pineapple
  • 4 strips of red bell pepper
  • two cherry tomatoes
  • one strawberry
  • 1-tbsp. boursin garlic and herb cheese with small crackers

dinner @ home:

  • 2/3 cup orange fried rice made by roomie
  • shrimp and 1/2 cup avocado mixture leftover from yesterday

1 Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Bar

Lunch:

Chicken w/ brown rice and iceberg, onion, green pepper, white sauce, and hot sauce.

Dinner:

1 pizza from Alligator lounge

1 Bud light

Snacks:

Handful of in shell peanuts

1 vodka/ginger ale

1 Bud Light

1 PBR

  • 1/2 c. go lean cereal w. cinnamon
  • 1 c. organic soymilk
  • 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 c. organic coffee

snack:

  • 1 large fred’sincredibles organic chocolate chip cookie (5 ” diameter)
  • 5 oz. organic acai juice smoothie
  • 1 c. yogi green tea

dinner on a bench by city hall:

  • 2 c. leftover lettuce, avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime, lots of olive oil salad w. 1 oz pepper jack cheese
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 orange

snack:

  • 1 c. kombucha
  • 1 c green tea
  • gnu chocolate brownie bar

more snack at home:

  • 2 c. plumberry white tea
  • 2 c. pineapple
  • 1 cinnamon raisin british muffin
  • 2 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 2 tbsp organic strawberry preserves
  • 1 c. frozen grapes

late snack:

2.5 c. pistachios

* 2 stars: 1st & last snack (actually ate 1-portion sized amount of almond butter & jam)

  • Whole grain toast with butter
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • Coffee with soymilk

Lunch

  • Mixed green salad with artichokes, hearts of palm, beets, balsamic vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup tuna salad

Snack

  • 1 container (½ cup?) TJ’s Cinnamon Apple Sauce

Dinner – Homemade by Mitch

  • ¾ cup baked acorn squash
  • 1 cup potatoes and onions in red wine chicken sauce
  • 1 chicken leg/thigh … shared with Neko because he stole most of it when my dinner was left unattended
  • 1 cup twig tea
  • ¾ Blue Moon

Dessert

  • ½ cup TJ’s Rice Pudding

  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 9 grape tomatoes
  • 3 garlic stuffed olives
  • 4 mushroom/saurkraut perogis (fried)
