waking up at 5:30am and driving a uhaul truck for the second day through/to brooklyn, staten island, jersey & manhattan, spending my entire saturday hauling ass for the health fair can only be somewhat compensated by an insane amount of free food…

- 1 large (really large) cinnamon raisin bagel w 1/4 c. assorted cream cheese: chives, red pepper, cinnamon raisin, veggie.
- 1 c. pineapples
- 1 c. cantaloupe
- 1 c. strawberries

lunch:
- 3 slices whole wheat pizza
- 4 c. whole wheat pasta w cream sauce, olives & tomatoes
sweets:
- 1 slice blueberry & strawberry cheese cake
- 3 banana walnut raw snack
- 7 apples & grapes snack packs
home:
- 1/2 c. shelled pistachios
- 1/2 small org watermelon
- 2 c. : asparagus, squash, onions, potato, shrimp, scallop

- 1.5 c. roasted artichoke hearts
- 1 large pc pan seared halibut

- 2 c. watermelon & mint salad
- 1 c. asparagus
- from Mario Batali’s grill bar: 8 extra large sauced butter sea scallops w tomato, 8 large shrimp, grilled asparagus w panchetta, 2.5 c. grilled squash tomato & onions.
