What I Ate – Cinco de Mayo, 2008

Breakfast – just the usual coffee

Lunch
•    1 veggie enchilada
•    ½ cup guacamole (aka smashed avocadoes with lime)
•    10 tortilla chips

Pre-Yoga Snack
•    ½ a banana
•    Handful Goldfish crackers
•    2 Thin Mint cookies

Dinner
•    TJ’s shrimp and veggie stir fry
•    Big bowl of rice with soy sauce
