breakfast:

  • open-faced pb & j
  • supps: probiotic, b-complex, omega-3
  • large iced coffee

lunch:

  • 2″ x 3″ TJ’s vegetable and whole grain lasagna

lunch #2:

  • 1/2 chicken breast sammich with wasabi mayo and pickled ginger
  • various cheeses (4 -oz. total), small tomato wedge, pickle chip, 5 chunks of pineapple

dinner:

  • TJ’s black bean and corn quesadilla w. salsa
  • handful leftover seasoned fries, cold * chewy
  • 1-c. total of brown rice and chicken eggplant in garlic sauce (froz. leftovers)
  • beer
