  • 1 healthy multigrain english muffin/butter/blueberry preserves/almond butter
  • 1.5 cups OJ

lunch:

  • chicken burrito bowl: chicken/rice/black beans/salsa/corn
  • 2 fairly large radishes/salt

dinner:

  • 1.5 cups mesclun/grape tomatoes/radish/mini onion/balsamic vinagrette
  • fried tofu/onion/garlic
  • shells/tomato sauce

drinks:

  • 3 mugs budweiser beer

  • 1/2-cup TJ’s European style yogurt w. drizzle of honey
  • supps: probiotic, b-complex, omega-3
  • large iced coffee

lunch:

  • 2″ x 3″ TJ’s vegetable and whole grain lasagna
  • side order of fries from caf

dinner @ Al di la

  • bread and butter
  • galleto di diavolo w. fennel salad and mashed potatoes
  • 2-small glasses of abruzzi
  • couple tsps of honey ice cream

  • blueberry muffin
  • large iced coffee

lunch:

  • 2 c. arugula salad with homemade raspberry vinaigrette

snack:

  • raspberry muffin
  • three mini carrots, 1/2-cup antipasti

snack #2:

  • about 5 small cookies (oatmeal/cc and a brown cookie w. cc) – thanks, Jennie!

late dinner:

  • bread and butter
  • steak tartare w frites
  • glass of chardonnay

  • 1.5 oz vitamin drink
  • 3 org strawberries
  • 1 c. cherries

@ school:

  • 10 oatmeal raisin cookies
  • 5 chocolate chip cookies

lunch @ Maple:

  • 3 c. salad: LOTS of avocado, mangos, asparagus, cucumbers, lettuce, seaweed salad w ginger dressing
  • 3 c. sauteed tofu, eggplants, broccoli in thai sauce (sweet basil & dried shrimp). very greasy.
  • tea

Starbucks:

  • tall coffee

drinks/dinner:

  • 1 large glass syrah rose
  • 1 slice white bread w butter
  • 1.5 c. Lidia’s fries, w ketchup & mustard

after dinner:

  • 1 raspberry muffin, homemade by a lawyer

  • handful of almonds

making healthy snacks @ school:

  • few handfuls of mixed nuts..cashews, brazilian nuts, alonds & dried fruits.. dried cherries &raisins
  • 1/3 c. banana walnut lemon juice mix raw snack

lunch:

  • 1/3 c. raw shelled pistachios
  • 2 c. lettuce, cucumber, mushroom, onions salad w oil vin mustard dressing
  • 4 vegetable dumplings
  • 2 c. cherries
  • green tea

free sample:

  • 2 sample size cups aloe juice
  • mint

dinner (i made w/ brian & alison.. in queens!):

  • 3 c. mix greens salad w sprouts & avocado w oil lemon honey cilantro dressing
  • 2.5 c. whole wheat pasta w olive paste, oil, artichoke, sun dried tomatoes, tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, parm cheese
  • 5 oatmeal raisin cookies

after dinner:

  • 1 argentinian chocolate covered dulce de leche cookie
  • 2 tbsp org peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. chocolate chips
