  • 1/2 lunch set (ramen, beef bowl) and pork dumplings
  • snack: on the train
  • 1 few handfuls of white cheddar cheez-its
  • sweet and crunchy peanuts
  • 1 coors light tall can

dinner: @ camping

  • a few cherries
  • chips/hummus/guac
  • 1 organic beef frank on a bun/ketchup/mustard
  • 2 beers

saturday 2008/6/7

breakfast:

  • strawberries
  • trail mix

lunch:

turkey/swiss/mustard on wheat sammich

  • chips/salsa/guac

dinner:

  • organic brown rice
  • veggie curry
  • chickpea curry
  • 3 beers

lunch/snack: apple walnut muffin, pineapple chunks

dinner w. Jennie: two – 3oz. wild salmon burger patties w. teriyaki/ginger/sriracha sauce, pineapple brown rice, yogurt w. bell pepper, herbs

dessert: strawberry, raspberry, handful of cherries

drinks: lots of iced tea


Sunday:

brunch: smoked salmon scramble w. sour cream and chives, potatoes; coffee
