breakfast:

  • 1 french toast
  • 1 toasted open faced pb &j
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • handful of raisins
  • 1 c. org coffee

lunch, principal’s retirement party:

  • 2 full plates of appetizers: 3 roasted half-tomatoes, lots of raw zucchinis, cucumber, peppers, 2 blocks swiss cheese, 1 large/thick slice mozarella cheese, 6 large crabmeat stuffed mushrooms, 1 strawberry, 1 c. grapes, 1/2 c. olives
  • 1 large full plate of: 1 slice lasagna w meat sauce,  1 thick slice roasted pork, 3 c. roasted veg: cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, squash, carrots, asparagus, portobella mushroom, 1 thin slice roast beef, 1 large stuffed fish fillet, 1 c. salad,
  • dessert: 1 chocolate canoli, 1 strawberry tart, 1 creme puff, 1 coconut in puff pastry dessert, 1 slice really sweet cake.
  • coffee, seltzer.

dinner:

  • 1 c. banana nut granola
  • 1 c. pine nuts

drinks:

  • 1.5 c kombucha
  • green tea

lunch: from tj’s

  • chicken black bean wrap*: carrots/cabbage/spinach/black beans/rice/”chicken”/CILANTRO
  • *this was highly disappointing to me and i will never ever buy it again for anyone, including those who like cilantro. but i was so hungry from pulling a grammar breakfast that i ate it all. ugh.
  • 1.5 cups coffee/milk/sugar

dinner @ calyer st

  • 2 cups cous cous w/tomatoes/onions/radishes/fresh herbs
  • 1.5 servings fried tofu
  • 1 brooklyn pennant ale

drinks @ grammar’s

  • 1 modelo especial

  • small bagel with cream cheese
  • one egg, scrambled and half an apple chicken sausage

lunch:

  • chicken thigh, pan-fried
  • salad w. dijon dressing

snack:

  • french fries

dinner:

  • poached egg with hollandaise, avo and roasted red pepper
  • mixed greens, potatoes
  • iced earl grey

Laker game:

  • blue moon
  • Alison’s cookie, yum!

  • 1 c. org coffee
  • 1 oz vitamin drink
  • 1/4 c. walnuts
  • 1/4 c. raisins

lunch, or snack during cooking class:

  • ~2 c. total granola made with class: oats, honey, walnut oil, walnuts, almonds, raisins, cranberries, orange zest.
  • 1 c. fat free yogurt

more snack:

  • some walnuts
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 bottle kombucha

pre dinner snack:

  • 1/2 banana nut larabar

dinner @ Maple:

  • 2.5 c. usual “special” salad w ginger & wasabi & dressing
  • 6 pc traple roll
  • tea

@ Doma, Perry & 7th Ave:

  • expreso shot

@ Jakylle & Hyde, 7th Ave & Grove:

  • 1 glass cranberry juice & seltzer
  • 1.5 oatmeal cookie made by Alison

  • 1/2 yebo burger
  • 1-cup pasta salad with salami and muenster cheese

  • pan-fried chicken thigh with salad and corn tortilla
