  • 1 cup green tea

lunch:

  • leftover bulgogi/rice/pickled radish from manna
  • 9.6 oz. ting sparkling grapefruit

snack:

  • 1 cup green tea
  • 2% greek yogurt w/praline pecan granola

dinner from subway

  • 1/4 sub: turkey breast w/cheese/peppers/etc.
  • 3 oz bourbon

  • 1 cup green tea

lunch from mana kitchen

  • bulgogi lunch box w/salad/kim chi/tofu/pickled radish/japchae/steamed rice

dinner a la grammar

  • roasted brussels sprouts
  • rice
  • 8 oz. sparkling shiraz
  • 1 cookie

    • 4 oz. bailey’s irish cream
