20 march, 2008: day 1

breakfast

  • greek yogurt
  • orange juice
  • green tea

lunch: leftovers from kambi

  • spicy miso ramen: pork/noodle/corn/bean sprout

snack:

  • 1 medium apple

dinner

  • 2/3 burrito grande from papacito’s: chicken/black bean/lettuce/sour cream/rice
  • 3 bottles of beer
  • 3 oz. russian vodka
  • 1 oz. honey brandy
  • a lot of new dill pickles
  • 1 russian pancake w/dill sauce/lox

21 march: day 2

brunch @ river barrel

  • eggs sardou: artichoke/creamed spinach/poached egg on english muffin
  • home fries
  • 2 cups coffee w/milk
  • 12 oz. fresh squeezed oj

dinner from la superior

  • 1 rajas taco
  • 1 duck taco
  • ezquites: corn/cotija/lime/meximayo
  • 2/3 bottle cava

dinner pt. 2

  • kielbasa w/fries/saurkraut/mustard
  • 16 oz. beer @ radeghast

march 22: day 3

breakfast:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 small 2% greek yogurt
  • 2 cups goldfish crackers

lunch @ spa castle

  • bulgogi plate w/seaweed soup/bean sprouts/kim chi/white rice

dinner @ sakura 6

  • 2 veggie gyoza
  • 1 sakura dumpling
  • edamame
  • seaweed salad
  • sakura roll: shrimp tempura/spicey salmon
  • hot sake

23 march: day 4

breakfast:

  • 4 mini blueberry scones (wholefoods)
  • 6 oz. coffee w/half&half
  • 1 cup green tea
  • 1/2 cup 2% greek yogurt

lunch @ spice cafe

  • basmati rice w/chicken tikka masala/veggie kara curry

snack

:

  • 1 medium banana

dinner @ home

  • 2 bowls pasta w/garlic/olive oil
  • 3/4 bottle rose
